This Shipping Policy describes how orders from PrintDirect.shop are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to business addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

2. Processing & Production Times

  • Order processing and production times vary by product. Estimated timeframes are shown on the product page and/or at checkout.
  • Production time begins after payment is received and, where applicable, after proof approval.
  • Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Available shipping options and carriers (e.g., standard ground, expedited) are displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination, or as otherwise specified on the Site.
  • Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. Tracking & Delivery

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for the chosen method). It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and to receive the shipment.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to receive, we may:

  • Offer to reship at your expense, and/or
  • Charge applicable restocking or handling fees, where allowed.

5. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, labor disputes).

6. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, supplier issues, accidents, or acts of God.
