Welcome to PrintDirect.shop, operated by PrintDirect.shop LLC (“PrintDirect.shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://printdirect.shop/ (the “Site”) and any products or services purchased through the Site.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Business Use

The Site is intended for use by businesses in the contiguous United States. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business.

2. Orders & Artwork

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information and artwork you submit, including spelling, layout, and design.
  • We may provide digital proofs or previews for certain products. Your approval of any proof constitutes final authorization to print. After approval, changes may not be possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or content we deem unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

3. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout.
  • You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes, which may be added at checkout.

4. Color & Production Variations

Due to differences in screens, printers, and materials, colors may vary between what you see on your device and the final printed product. Minor color and cutting variations are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to businesses in the contiguous United States only (no shipments to Alaska or Hawaii).
  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates only and not guarantees.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated by reference, governs how we handle issues such as damaged or defective products. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

7. Prohibited Use & Content

You agree not to upload, submit, or order materials that are illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, or that violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (excluding your uploaded artwork) including text, graphics, logos, and software is owned by or licensed to PrintDirect.shop and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your artwork and content, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and operating the Site.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
